"On-Site, On-Time, Every Time"
Per Alabama notary compliance, every signer must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (like a driver's license or passport) at the table. (Act 2023-548)
Before any stamps are applied, the notary will briefly chat with the signer to ensure they are fully alert, aware of what they are signing, and doing so of their own free will.
The signer will sign the document in front of the notary. The notary will then fill out the required legal wording (Acknowledgement or Jurat) sign and apply the official state seal.
To protect against future legal challenges or fraud, the details of the notarization will be securely logged into our official notary journal before concluding the appointment.
We never want you to experience pricing surprises at the signing table. For an immediate, guaranteed out-the -door price quote, simply call or text us right now at 256-801-2463 with your location/zip code and the number of documents you need stamped or fill out the contact us form...
